More About Me
I've been moving my body since I was 8 (thanks, ballet!), won a Lebanese taekwondo championship (yes, I can kick butt), and now I'm that person who boxes, hits the gym, runs, and shreds slopes on skis and snowboards. Basically, if it involves moving and possibly falling down, I'm in!
All this athletic chaos taught me that food is fuel, not the enemy. After years of figuring out how to eat without feeling guilty about enjoying life (hello, cocktails!), I decided to become a dietitian so I could help others do the same. No more diet drama, just good food and good vibes.
